Fall Practices & Weight Room Schedule

With fall sports winding down, we’ve been given the opportunity to pick up a few slots on the turf to run Fall Ball practices. Establishing dates/times took a bit as some fall team playoff bids were not quite secure, which meant their practice times were up in the air, so I apologize for the late notice. As I mentioned to the girls on Tuesday, these are not required to attend. However they’re strongly encouraged, especially for those who are not prepping for winter sports. This season’s team has such strong potential and putting the off season work in will make all the difference come March. Here’s what the next 2 weeks look like:

Mon 10/15: Fall Ball on turf 5-7pm

Tues 10/16: Weight Room time 6-7:30pm (bring equipment and layers – we will probably go outside, just can’t have the turf as the boys rescheduled a game)

Wed 10/17: Fall Ball on turf 5-7pm

Thurs 10/18: Weight Room 6-7:30pm

Mon 10/22: Fall Ball on turf 5-7pm

Tues 10/23: Fall Ball on turf 5-7

Wed 10/24: Fall Ball on turf 5-7pm

Thurs 10/25 Weight Room 6-7:30pm

 

After these two weeks, weight rooms will run every Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30. Looking forward to having the girls working together again!
